Terms of agreement
Definition
- "My ROOM/we" mean lessor.
- "You" mean user and the followers.
Room Reservations
- The Reservation will be made after My ROOM have been paid and confirmed to you in writing. If you want to continue using the room, please inform My ROOM and pay in advance before noon of the using date. Otherwise, the reservation is not guaranteed and we reserve the right to ask for your leave.
- Once your booking is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled and the payment you made is not refundable. If maid service is required on the next day of your stay, please fill out the form at the reception.
Our services
- No extra beds provided but a set of bedding is 100 Baht/night. There is a pillow, a blanket and a towel in a set.
- Check in - 2 p.m. and Checkout - 12 p.m.

- Please do not move the beds, make a loud noise, and bring pets into the building. All of our rooms are non-smoking rooms. If the violation occurs, the fine is 2,000 Baht.
- My ROOM only rent out rooms and provides free car park for customers. My ROOM will not take responsibility in any loss or accidents that occur to you from using our services. Bringing any valuable items or vehicles to the territory of My ROOM is at your own risk. My ROOM are not a custodian.
Remarks: The English terms of Agreement is just a guideline for customers who do not understand Thai language. The Thai version will be complied, if the translation is not accurate.
