1. "S3 Ayutthaya Hotel/we" mean lessor.
2. "You" mean user and the followers.

ROOM RESERVATIONS

1. The Reservation will be made after S3 Ayutthaya Hotel have been paid and confirmed to you in writing. If you want to continue using the room, please inform S3 Ayutthaya Hotel and pay in advance before noon of the using date. Otherwise, the reservation is not guaranteed and we reserve the right to ask for your leave.
2. Once your booking is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled and the payment you made is not refundable. If maid service is required on the next day of your stay, please fill out the form at the reception.

OUR SERVICES

• No extra beds provided but a set of bedding is 200 Baht/night. There is a pillow, a towel , a bottle of drinking water and shower gel/shampoo in a set.
• Check in - 3 p.m. and Checkout - 12 p.m. (noon)

  Extra charges for Late Checkout:	12 p.m. - 2 p.m.	200 Baht
  	2 p.m. - 4 pm.m	400 Baht after that the charge will be in full price (of the room per night)

• Please do not move the beds, make a loud noise, and bring pets into the building. All of our rooms are non-smoking rooms. If the violation occurs, the fine is 5,000 Baht.
• S3 Ayutthaya Hotel only rent out rooms, provides free car park and free swimming pool for customers. S3 Ayutthaya Hotel will not take responsibility in any loss or accidents that occur to you from using our services. Bringing any valuable items or vehicles to the territory of S3 Ayutthaya Hotel is at your own risk. S3 Ayutthaya Hotel are not a custodian.

Remarks: The English terms of Agreement is just a guideline for customers who do not understand Thai language. The Thai version will be complied, if the translation is not accurate.
